family in December. We would also like to acknowledge a donation from Pete’s
Frootique. Our next event will be a pot-luck supper on Wed. Feb. 18th. We will
need help with set up, serving, and clean-up. We are also looking for people to

We
have an incredible program for children on Wednesday nites from 6:15pm –

increased and we need more helpers. We
already have a few for each age group. We have some special needs children who often times need one on one
attention to help them stay focused or help them in their craft time. If you could help on a regular OR
consistently rotating basis please contact Wendy Levy at 864-3240 or Dr. Ida @
835-5966.

Abel
McGill will be flying off to
A Church for the 21st Century
On Saturday, February
14, from 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., there will be a Seminar entitled “A Church for the 21st
Century,” at Regal Road Baptist Dartmouth. This is a Seminar for Pastors, Church Leadership, and all interested
parties, who want to have a glimpse of what the Church needs to look like in
this relatively new era. As we move out
of the Modern era into the Postmodern one, the Church will need to retool and
restructure its missional activities, its form of worship, and how it reaches
into the local communities where they exist. With the Postmodern era comes a new way of doing, and a new way of
knowing why we do what we do. This Seminar will explain how we are to offer hope
to a world that is largely affected by uncertainty. There will be a $10 fee for materials and for
lunch. There will be lots of time of
questions and for interaction. If you
plan on attending, or if you have questions, please contact
