Update on Myrtle Mayhew
Thank you for all those who have
been praying and continuing to pray for me. Recovery to me has been slow but the doctors are pleased with my progress
and tell me I have progressed 30%. You know me I like to get things done in a
hurry and can’t wait to be told I’ve improved 60%. Please pray for continued
patience and healing. I know I am in the best place and in the best of hands.

The Spinachers Cycling team is
spinning up for the coming cycling season and are welcoming cycling enthusiasts
to join us for the Multiple Sclerosis Bike Tour (Vineyards and Valleys Tour) on
July 25 and 26th from

begin a small group focusing on Christian meditation. All are welcome to join
together to journey into a richer experience of God’s presence. The group will
