Sunday Prayer Link

This Wednesday is Remembrance Day. May we not only pause to appreciate the great sacrifice of earlier generations to safeguard our country as a place of peace and opportunity, but may we also pray for those who currently serve in our military as well as for leaders of our provinces and our country as they wrestle with contemporary social and moral issues. Pray that they will seek wisdom from God as they carry out the duties of their respective positions/offices.

Christmas Cantata

Cantata choir rehearsals have begun. All interested singers are invited to join the Sanctuary Choir for practice each Thursday from 7:00pm - 8:00pm for this special Christmas presentation. The Cantata will be performed on Sunday, December 20th.

C.L.A.S.S.

If you missed CLASS 101 in October mark your calendar for Friday, November 20, 7:00pm and Saturday, November 21, 9:00am (morning only) and join us for an exciting basic introduction to who and what our church is. This course is especially helpful to those who are thinking of becoming Church members at Bedford Baptist. It is also an excellent refresher course for mature Christians.

Seniors Christmas Dinner

Our Seniors Christmas Party and Dinner will take place at Faith Baptist in Lower Sackville on Saturday, December 5th.  Folks from Faith Baptist will be providing the meal and we will be joining in with Seniors from their church. More particulars and sign-up sheet will be available next Sunday.

Attention All Men

The Men’s group will be doing a work party at Bayside Camp. We will be going out Friday, November 14th, staying over and working all day Saturday. Food and lodging will be provided. If you are able to come, please call Ronzo Mantley 835-6374 or Randy Murphy 860-0531 as Bayside Camp needs to know how much food to provide.

2010 Pre- Budget Church Meeting

There is a church meeting re-scheduled for Tuesday, November 10th @7:00pm. The purpose of this meeting is for all boards and committees to share information on projected expenditures for initiatives/programs in 2010. This will support the Finance Committee in preparing the 2010 church budget. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend.
