Clothing Sale Meeting

Our next Clothing Sale planning meeting is April 6th @11:00am. We would invite anyone from the congregation who would be interested in planning for this event being held on May 1st to come to our meeting which will be in the Library.

 

Clothing Sale Coming May 1st

We are looking for donations of clean, new or nearly new clothes, toys, jewellery, china or antique dishes, household linens, footwear or purses. 

 

Help Needed

We are also looking for volunteers to help sort clothes, set out clothes on Friday, April 30th, take a shift on Saturday, May 1st, and do tear-down after the clothing sale. Please contact church office if your able to help.

 

C.L.A.S.S.

Do you want to have an exciting basic introduction to who and what our church is? If you haven’t taken CLASS 101 please consider joining us Friday, April 9, 7:00pm and Saturday, April 10, 9:00am to Noon. (This leads into C.L.A.S.S. 201 being offered during small groups starting April 18.) This 101 course is especially helpful to those who are thinking of becoming Church members at Bedford Baptist. It is also an excellent refresher course for mature Christians. We want for our whole church family to take all four of these Christian Life and Service Seminars. Please contact church office to let us know if you are coming

 

Halifax Region United Baptist Association

The Annual Meeting of the Halifax Region United Baptist Association will be held on Saturday, April 24, 2010 @ Stevens Road Baptist Church, 2 Stevens Road, Dartmouth (435-1456). Registration will take place at 8:30 a.m. This year there is an afternoon session. If you would like to be a delegate please speak with Pastor Bob or Pastor Ida. We are entitled to have eight delegates.The Annual Business Session will take place at approximately 1:00 p.m.
