ABC Book Club

Beans & Brown Bread Luncheon

Come and join us today after the morning worship for our annual Baked Beans and Brown Bread luncheon. Proceeds from the freewill offering will be used to offset the heating expenses for the church.

Clothing Sale Coming May 1st

We are looking for donations of clean, new or nearly new clothes, toys, jewellery, china or antique dishes, household linens, footwear or purses. 

 

Help Needed

We are also looking for volunteers to help sort clothes, set out clothes on Friday, April 30th, take a shift on Saturday, May 1st, and do tear-down after the clothing sale. Please contact church office if able to help.

 

To Give Away

There is a “state of the art” hospital bed (motorized) that is no longer needed. If you have a need for it or know of someone who has a need, please contact the church office as soon as possible.

 

Fall Retreat

People interested in attending the Church Fall Retreat at Bayside Camp are invited to attend a meeting in the Heffler Room after the service on Sunday, March 21st. For more information please contact Ben Levy 827-1481.

 

Senior’s Social

A Dessert Social and Hymn Sing is planned for our Seniors on Saturday, March 20, at 6:30 pm in the church vestry. The dessert will be created by Jenn Cox and our youth will be serving. There is no fee, but attendees will be given the opportunity to make a donation to help support our youth in their Mission Tour to New York city this summer. We hope to have some seniors from Faith Baptist join us in this event.  What a great way to welcome in the Spring!
